Founder of The 1%, Christopher Bute, is the example of what being dedicated to growth and success gets you. Raised in the Bronx, his get the job done attitude was developed throughout his years playing football. His exemplary results on the field led him to Hofstra University, where he studied finance and earned his BA. Committed to learning all he could, Christopher went on to earn his MBA and then started working in sales in 2007.

Executive Partner of the 1%, Simon Babayev, has led the standard of effective leadership. An immigrant from Israel, he earned his Bachelor’s in Criminal justice from John Jay College and volunteered to Serve in the US Marine Corps, earning the Rank of Corporal. He preaches extreme ownership and accountability for any outcome.

Executive Recruiter of the 1%, Nataly Alarcon, is our role model for work ethic and perseverance. Her no-problem attitude has been key in the development of the 1% organization nationwide. Her main focus is the expansion, growth, and development of all 15 of our branches.
