Responsibilities:

• Participate in comprehensive training covering all business aspects, including sales, marketing, client relations, and operations.

• Shadow and assist experienced managers in daily business operations, learning leadership and decision-making strategies.

• Engage in sales activities, including lead generation, client meetings, and closing deals, to develop a solid foundation in business-to-business sales.

• Take on leadership roles during client meetings, team projects, and events, applying skills learned in training.

• Demonstrate leadership potential by mentoring and assisting new team members.
